In the series, 11 women are portrayed who each had to make a choice about their pregnancy. Vulnerable, open and pure, they show the emotional impact of such a choice.

The project was realised in cooperation with and for Fara, a Belgian organisation that listens, informs and guides people through pregnancy choices. For the 30th anniversary of Fara, an exhibition was held in Leuven in November 2021 in which a selection of the photographs was shown.More information about Fara vzw can be found on: https://www.fara.be
