La Mer qui m'emmène sans me prendre, qui me retient sans m'emporter
A series shot in the sea of the coast of Ostend, featuring the Siberian model Ekaterina Epifantseva. It is about the never-ending movement and the beauty of solitude. To have the proper sky drama and light, it was shot in the fall season, at the moment the temperature of the sea water was quite low, which forced us to work fast to avoid hypothermia. At the same time, the idea was to capture a hint of suffering and coldness in the expression of the model. As a photographer, I also had to float in the water to capture the dynamism in a floating movement.
